Agricultural Engineer - Agricultural Products Specialist

We are looking for an agricultural engineer with solid knowledge of agricultural products and plant nutrients to join the ATRA team, support customers, follow up on product quality, and provide technical recommendations suitable for market needs.

Your role will involve understanding agricultural product features, explaining their benefits to customers, and supporting sales and operations teams in providing accurate and reliable solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up and understand agricultural products and their technical specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers, traders, and distributors.
• Explain product uses and advantages clearly.
• Cooperate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions for customers.
• Follow customer feedback and report it to the relevant department.
• Support product quality review before supply or presentation.
• Prepare simple reports about market needs and required products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of traders and distributors market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
